They work with K-12 School Districts, Colleges and Universities, and Corporations to provide equity training.

The K-12 Racial Equity Leadership Labs For School Leaders

The USC Race and Equity Center is offering a four-part professional learning series to principals, assistant principals, and instructional leaders working in public K-12 schools across California to prepare them to more effectively advance racial equity in their school communities.

Expert-led sessions will be held in Spring 2024:

  • Fri, Jan 26, 10am-12pm PST: Recruiting, Supporting, and Retaining Teachers of Color
  • Fri, Feb 23, 10am-12pm PST: Promoting Culturally Relevant Curriculum Across Content Areas
  • Fri, Mar 22, 10am-12pm PST: Sustaining Culturally Responsive Teaching in Your School
  • Fri, Apr 26, 10am-12pm PST: Fostering Racial Equity Data Literacy and Decision-Making
